How do you know that the foods you have chosen are allergen-free?
We contact our partners directly to verify that the products we have chosen do not contain allergens. We have a rigorous selection process and we make sure that our partners are aware that we are dealing with life threatening food allergies. If we have a doubt about a product, we will not include that product in our box.
What is your selection process for the products?
We know that safety is important to you. We have a rigorous selection process developed by physicians and industry experts. This quality controlled, multistep process has been peer reviewed to make sure that it is as thorough as possible. We work closely with our partners to ensure that each delicious food item that we select is allergen free.
What if I cannot find the allergen combination that I am looking for?
We are working hard to accommodate more and more allergy combinations. We are encouraging people to email us at [email protected] with their allergy combos so that we can figure out where people really need help and design TasterieBoxes to fit those needs. Keep checking our site for new allergy combinations!
How does Tasterie work?

Does Tasterie ship outside of the USA?
At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the contiguous United States. We hope to be able to do so at some point in the future.
How long will it take to get my box of delicious food once I submit an order?
We ship our TasterieBoxes on the 15th of every month. If you placed your order by the last day of the month, your first TasterieBox will ship on the 15th of the following month. Once your order ships, it should take 3-8 days to arrive.
What should I expect to see in a box?
Each month, you can expect to receive 6-10 high-quality hand-picked foods. Our products are not sample-sized and you’ll likely receive several servings out of each food or snack that your whole family can enjoy.
Can I skip a month if I am traveling?
Absolutely. Let us know if you’ll be on vacation or out of town. You can skip the month or send to a friend; just contact us prior to 1st of the month.

How do I cancel a subscription?
We would hate to see you go, so please let us know if there is anything we can do, but if you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel your subscription simply by logging into your account and clicking on cancel subscription.
