This month’s Tasterie Gluten Free and Gluten Free / Dairy Free subscription boxes included a number of tasty products! One of which was Chebe’s All-Purpose Bread Mix. Their gluten bread mix makes a number of delicious baked goods. With the Easter holiday upon us, please take a gander at this sugar cookie recipe which uses their flour. Easter Sugar Cookies

  • 1 package Chebe All-Purpose Bread Mix
  • 1 egg or 1 egg alternative*
  • 8 T butter or dairy free equivalent – room temp
  • 1 C sugar or coconut sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Using an electric beater, blend the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla and egg; beat until creamy. Chill the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough on wax paper to 1/8″ thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Put shapes on a parchment lined cookie sheet (1″ apart). Bake for 12-15 minutes or till lightly browed. Remove, let cook and decorate as desired. Enjoy!
